Classic New England roast beef sandwich shop. The beef was super tender, the sauce perfectly spiced and the onion roll fresh and firm but soft. Simple food done very well is my favorite way to eat.

I absolutely love this place, have been going here for over 10 years now and have never been let down. The roast beef is tender and delicious, the BBQ sauce has just the right amount of "heat" for a bit of a kick and the seeded buns are always soft and fresh.
I live over an hour away but every time I'm in the area, I make it a point to swing in for a big beef and fries! -

Good beefy sandwich with a seeded bun and french fries for $10.50.
The BBQ sauce kinda sucks; it's a Carolina style... meaning its a bit acidic. And it is definately store bought, probably Costco. Yuk! -

I always drove by this place and never ventured inside. Until last night when I was starving -- and showed my newbie status by asking the difference between the junior beef, basic beef, and super beef sandwiches.
I forget his response but he did say the basic had a sesame roll. Ok. I ordered that with lettuce and tomato, no mayo. (I've never understood people who eat beef with mayo, I mean, do they spread mayo on steak?)
Also ordered a small side of fries.
The fries were tasty, hit the spot. Fried and salty and skinny. But I was also starved. The sandwich had pink beef. How pink I can't tell you because half the lights suddenly turned off and I was too tired to bother asking what happened.
I'll come back during the day when I'm less tired and more sober! -

I come to Bill & Bob's Roast Beef every Friday night @ 12:30 they are open till 3:00 A.M. on the weekends the food is good the employees are nice their is plenty of room to sit down they also have a TV to watch while you are eating so that is why i keep going.....
